Our Founder
Gwendolyn is an accomplished and committed human resources professional with over 20 years’ experience delivering effective HR services within the energy, engineering & construction and technology sectors. She is experienced in several core areas including workforce planning, recruiting, compensation, employee relations, diversity, equity and inclusion and international human resources. During her tenure in industry, she has gained an unrivaled knowledge of the human resources profession, together with an exceptional network.
After spending many years in the private sector, Gwendolyn founded Innova HR Solutions with a mission to provide HR solutions that are tailored to each client, innovative and impactful. While she enjoys all aspects of the human resources profession, her strength is in cultivating partnerships with clients, consulting and project execution and implementation. She has an outstanding reputation for service delivery and results. Gwendolyn's goal is to build true partnerships with her clients and not just be a source for quality resumes and creative solutions delivery.
When she’s not supporting clients, she enjoys international travel, volunteering, career coaching for the underprivileged, music festivals and keeping fit.
